Sugar and Healthy Weight

Can you eat sugar and maintain a healthy weight? You might be OK in the weight department, but you won’t have a healthy body. Did you know that Americans eat an average of 32 teaspoons of sugar a day?! Thirty two teaspoons equals 2/3 of a cup (48 teaspoons = 1 cup, just an FYI).

 This came across my email yesterday. How about a dose of self acceptance no matter what our weight is currently. Nothing will change until we love and accept our self completely. Read on, dear reader and love yourself, every last inch!

Recently, in a large city in Australia , a poster featuring a young, thin and tan woman appeared in the window of a gym.

It said, “This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?”
