Day 2 of the “Flat Belly Diet”. I have already altered the plan. Hmmm. Breakfast was to be whole wheat English muffins with peanut butter. I didn’t have the English muffins on my shopping list. Oops! I have a WW raisin bread so I substituted.
Next, one of my patients was celebrating her 97th birthday. What, I’m not supposed to eat cake? So, small piece.
And then there was the macrobiotic lunch. That was very good. And I actually sat down and ate it with my friend.
Dinner was cod fish, potato, snap peas. It was very good. My husband is having a little trouble with the volume of vegetables. He will get used to it.
I did walk for over an hour. I tried to get at many up hills as I could. It was a nice day for walking, not too hot, not too cold.
It seems to be a fair amount of food. I have not been all that hungry. I did eat my snack in the evening. I seem to get hungry then. It was raspberries and plain organic low fat yogurt. I added some cinnamon. That is a very good spice for menopause years. It helps to regulate hormones.
I spent about 45 minutes in preparing lunch and snack for tomorrow. Morning is not a great time for meal prep. It is much better to do at night.
Blessings, Mary Pat

My wife’s ways to lose her belly fat is she’s eating a food that only consists of MUFA. Such foods include olive oil, nuts, seeds, flax, soybeans and avocados. Because she believes that eating food with MUFAs specifically helps you lose belly fat, without exercise.
What I found out that the flat belly meal plans are set at 1600 calories per day. I think you guys need to take those 1600 calories if you want your belly become flat. Thanks that I am a man and don’t even need to bother about my belly!
