Today is day #4 of the “flat belly diet”. But today is a special day in my health practices. Today I am completing a Liver and Gall Bladder flush.
Our American life style and eating habits tend to cause gall stones. For many folks, they never know that they have gall stones. Many others suffer with gall stones. When they have had enough pain, they go to a doctor and have surgery. Some, who have had surgery, still suffer.
The gall bladder and liver work together. The gall bladder secretes bile that helps to digest the fats that we eat. Gallstones (or actually liver stones) can block the bile ducts, causing back up of bile and pain.
The liver does a host of vital processes of the body. Detoxing the body from elements that we breathe in, or eat and absorb from our skin. It is important to have a fully functioning liver. Your life depends on it. And a compromised liver and gallbladder may be keeping you fat! Fat cells hold the toxins.
Surgery isn’t the only answer to gallstones. You can do a flush. The details of how to do this can be found in the book: “The Liver And Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse” by Andreas Moritz. Here he discusses the liver and gallbladder functions, relationship to the health of the body, why gallstones develop, how to do the flush and how to prevent further gallstones.
You, dear reader, might wonder if I will be able to”see” the stones. Yes. Will it hurt? No.The cleanse is not complicated and there is a procedure to follow. This evening will not be the highlight of the month. However, I will feel clean and mentally clear when I am finished. Eventually I will be rid of the gallstones.
I am on the path of attaining maximum health. How? One healthy choice at a time.
Blessings, Mary Pat
