When you are harboring toxins and other things, you have to do periodic cleaning. I have been doing several detox’s this month, including kidney, colon, liver and gallbladder. My detox month is winding down.
This past weekend I completed a liver and gallbladder flush. I started doing a colon cleanse last week. You need to clear out the colon before you do a liver/gallbladder flush. I will continue with the colon cleansing for this week to make sure all gallstones are out of the colon. Any left over stones can inflame the colon. You don’t want to do that. I am keeping a clean diet and I am using a cleansing program from Young Living Essential Oils.
The liver and gallbladder cleans program that I follow comes from Andreas Moritz’s book “The Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse”. I recommend it only if you are willing to follow all the steps.
It is fussy and slightly unpleasant. But you feel fantastic after the cleanse is complete. The mind is very clear. Yes the toxins in the liver effect the thinking. I wouldn’t need to do this if I would just stay on a very clean diet. A good clean, whole foods diet will clean out the body.
The good news…. I had about 10-12 gallstones that I could see!
I want all of us to connect the dots: good food = great health. When we eat poorly (that would be the typical American diet) we get poor health. Make a choice for you health.
