Mary Pat FitzGibbons RN MS

Hi! I am Mary Pat. I am much like you. I am in my late 50’s. I have a family, two grown sons and two cats. Life is hectic. In the last 11 years I have moved 4 times. My husband has been outplaced 3 times. We succeeded in getting our boys through college. Currently, my husband is on a long term contract in another state, so I am frequently between the apartment and our home.

I happen to be a nurse, and have have been since 1973. That is forty years of walking the hallowed halls. One thing that I know for sure is that diet and exercise will keep you healthy. Diet and exercise will help tame the stress that comes into everybody’s life. The thing is, not just any diet will do. We need whole, clean food. We also need to move our bodies. In this blog, I will talk about these things. I will also talk about my process… how I do this. I am on this journey, just like you. I have been talking diet and exercise to all my patients and clients since 1973 when it wasn’t even fashionable.
