How are your New Years weight loss plans going? Have you given up? Are you down on yourself? Do you downright hate yourself when you eat?

You get more bees with honey than you do with vinegar. The point is, the more we chastise ourselves about our eating habits and our weight, the more we will eat and weight and struggle.

 This came across my email yesterday. How about a dose of self acceptance no matter what our weight is currently. Nothing will change until we love and accept our self completely. Read on, dear reader and love yourself, every last inch!

Recently, in a large city in Australia , a poster featuring a young, thin and tan woman appeared in the window of a gym.

It said, “This summer, do you want to be a mermaid or a whale?”
