I am starting theme on CHOICES on my other blog: HealthWorks LifeWorks. You might want to check it out.
Eating healthy really isn’t a big thing. It is making one healthy choice at a time. Make healthy choice for breakfast, then lunch, then dinner. If you are gaining weight, review what you have been eating. One time I noticed that I popped up 5 pounds. ???? What was that about. So I reviewed what I had been eating for the last several weeks. Turns out, I had started to eat a piece of pie with dinner. Oh, can’t do that. I stopped eating the pie and lost the additional 5 pounds.
So what are you eating extra on a daily or frequent basis? Have you started buying lattes? Lots of calories there. You might “choose” to let that go. If you can find the source of extra calories then you can stop consuming them. As you adjust your food intake to match you calorie needs you will stabilize you weight.

This is a great concept, but for me it was all or nothing so I detoxed for a couple of months. But when it was over, I realized that my body did’t crave a lot of the food or the amount of it that it use to. I didn’t realize what I was eating before. I never counted the ketchup or the milk in my coffee. I also read about a woman who had to detox in order to lose weight because she sort of lost control. If you want to read the story, you can go to
