Day 3 of the “Flat Belly Diet”. This morning started out great. Up and ready for work. The breakfast plan was a WW English muffin with poached egg, low fat cheese, avocado. It was actually pretty good. I wasn’t hungry for quite awhile.

Remember I had pre-made lunch salad and snack. So packing my lunch was easy. I just had to bottle my filtered water. I carry about 50 ounces of water with me. You need to drink half of your weight in ounces of water per day for healthy cellular function. Two of the bottles are regular water and one is water with peppermint essential oil in it. It is my mid afternoon pick me up.

The plan is to eat every 4 hours more or less.  Did I tell you I worked in home hospice program. I don’t get regular breaks. Today was a typical day. I didn’t get my salad until 2:15pm, way after the 4 hour limit. I ate about 1/2 of the snack when I was charting at the office after hours. (There’s a theme, here. And not a healthy one! More on that later).

Dinner was late, about 8:30pm. It was very good. I actually had more food than I could eat today. It might not have been the usual foods I would have chosen. Very good and filling just the same.

Oh, and the coffee…. None this week. Just tea, green tea and white tea.
