Last week I did another Gallbladder Flush. Why would anyone every do such a thing, you might ask. And how do you “flush” a little tiny gallbladder that is somewhere in the right upper quadrant of the abdomen?

Well, great questions. We are exposed to toxins every day. We breathe them in from polluted air.

 We put them on our bodies in the forms of soap, make up, dyes, cleaning product, lotions, clothing and more. The skin is the biggest organ of the body.

We eat toxins in our food and water. Yep. Unless you eat only local, organic foods, free range meats, eggs, milk, cheese, and drinking filtered water, you are polluting your body with food and drink. Our food is mass grown in farms that use pesticides and inadequate fertilizers. Then the food is over processed were good nutrients are removed and synthetic vitamins and minerals are added. Processors add all kinds of sugar, salt, fats to make it tast good.

Do you take drugs (legal and/or illegal)?

The liver has to process all of these substances. The body can’t handle the toxins. So they are stored in the fat cells.

The liver get clogged up and can’t do it’s job. So a great way to return to optimum health is through regular internal cleansing.

I did the gallbladder flush as outlined in the “Liver and Gallbladder Miracle Cleanse” by Andrease Moritz. I returned about 500 gallstones. Each time I do this cleanse, my liver is getting healthier and stronger. A healthy liver can begin to handle the toxins that are being released from fat cells as I loose weight. Every important.

I recommend that you follow Andreas Moritz plan to the letter. The beauty of this is that it is simple. Beats surgery any day of the week. I have followed the plan as outlined in his book about 8 times now. During the cleanse I have never had any pain. The malic acid in the cider soften the gall stones. The magnesium in the Epsom salts dilate the bill ducts.

The gallbladder flush is rather severe. If you have time, you can cleanse your insides by eats pure, organic, healthy diet (like macrobiotic diet). It will take time, but it will return you to health. Consistency is important.

Being toxic will keep you fat.
