One of my favorite places to eat is Red Lobster. There isn’t much bread in my diet these days. I can go for days without eating any bread. But… I love Red Lobster’s biscuits. I don’t know how they cook them but I swoon over them. Probably not all that good for you but… every once in awhile I enjoy them.
Today my husband and I enjoyed a Red Lobster lobster fest dinner and I found a coupon to boot.
I ate half of this and brought half home. It will make a nice meal this week. I will add my short grain brown rice in a pilaf and a couple of vegetables to round out the meal.
When ever you eat, thoroughly enjoy every mouthful. Even if it is a “no-no” food. We cause a great deal of damage to our bodies when we eat something we think is “bad” and then tell ourselves how “bad” it is and how “bad” we are. Don’t do that to yourself or your body. If you choose to eat a food then enjoy it.
And I enjoyed very succulent mouthful of lobster and crab and butter and veggies and biscuits!
